A tree-planting ceremony will take place on the campus of Freeman Public School. Led by the City of Freeman’s Tree City USA team, community members are invited to come to the northwest corner of the campus near the intersection of College & Walnut for the 10 AM ceremony. Freeman has earned Tree City USA status for 18 years after most recently being recognized for achievements in 2022.
