All high schoolers are invited to register by April 14 for Scrubs Camp. This free event, hosted by Freeman Regional Health Services at Freeman High School, is designed to help discover and develop the skills and knowledge necessary to pursue a career in healthcare. Participating groups include: Mitchell Tech Radiology, SIM-SD (Simulation in Motion – South Dakota) truck from Avera, University of South Dakota Nursing, Freeman Regional’s Physical Therapy Department, and Behavioral Health. Participants will participate in hands-on activities and simulations, as well as have opportunities to engage in discussions with healthcare professionals & find out about available education options for pursuing healthcare careers.
